UCLA Bruins Tickets

With one of the top all-time college basketball programs, the UCLA Bruins have a strong following of hoops fans. UCLA Bruins tickets enable spectators to witness a team that is accustomed to excellence.

UCLA Bruins Tickets: Historical Overview

The UCLA Bruins initial hoops season was in 1919-20. Almost three decades later, the school hired a head coach that would soon go on to revolutionize the sport. John Wooden took over in the 1948-49 campaign. In the following season, he led UCLA to its first NCAA tournament berth. After some modest success in the fifties, Wooden built a dominant program in the sixties. Over his final 14 seasons (1961-62 to 1974-75), the Bruins missed the Final Four only twice.

While it has been impossible for Wooden's successors to match his brilliant run, UCLA has managed to reach six more Final Fours since 1976.

In football, the Bruins have lived in the shadow of the university's basketball team and the more accomplished USC Trojans football program across the city in Los Angeles. Still, UCLA has managed to win over 60% of its games over the years. The Bruins have won 16 conference titles on the gridiron while appearing in 30 bowl games.

Championship Seasons

No college basketball team has won as many NCAA championships as the UCLA Bruins. In one of the most amazing accomplishments in the history of sports, the Bruins won 10 NCAA titles in a 12-year stretch from 1963-64 to 1974-75. The school's only national championship without Wooden on the sidelines was in the 1994-95 season.

UCLA Bruins Tickets at Home Facilities

Since the 1965-66 season, the UCLA Bruins basketball squad has hit the hardwood at Pauley Pavilion (capacity of 12,829). In more than four decades of action, some of the top legends in the history of the game have played at the arena for the home team. UCLA Bruins tickets are a winning entertainment option for any basketball fan.

For gridiron action, UCLA plays its home games at the historic Rose Bowl (capacity of 91,136). The stadium opened back in 1922.
